• All bookings are processed via WhatsApp communication
• We facilitate reservations but the actual accommodation is provided by our partner hotels
• Prices, availability, and room details are subject to confirmation

3. Booking Process

1. Inquiry: You submit your booking request via our website or WhatsApp
2. Confirmation: We verify availability with the hotel and confirm pricing
3. Payment: You pay the advance amount via UPI as instructed
4. Voucher: Upon payment confirmation, you receive booking confirmation

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are indicative starting prices
• Final pricing is confirmed based on dates, room type, and availability
• Advance payment (typically ₹500-₹1,000) is required to confirm bookings
• Remaining balance is payable directly at the hotel during check-in
• Prices may vary during festival seasons and special events

5. Cancellation and Refunds

6. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information for booking
• Carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.) at check-in
• Follow hotel rules and regulations
• Respect local customs and temple guidelines
• Pay any additional charges (room service, damages, etc.) directly to the hotel
• Check-in and check-out at the specified times

7. Hotel Policies

Each partner hotel has its own policies regarding:

• Check-in/check-out times
• ID requirements
• Child and extra bed policies
• Pet policies (most hotels do not allow pets)
• Smoking and alcohol policies

8. Limitation of Liability

Lakshay 360 Holidays acts as a booking facilitator. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury or property loss during your stay

• Issues arising from incorrect information provided by you
