Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy based on when you cancel:

Festival & Peak Season: During Phalgun Mela, Shyam Amavasya, and other major festivals, bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Please plan accordingly.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your booking:
- Send a WhatsApp message to +91 70021 20715
- Include your booking confirmation details (name, hotel, dates)
- Clearly state that you want to cancel
- We will confirm your cancellation and refund (if applicable) within 24 hours
3. Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the same UPI ID used for payment
- Refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days
- Bank processing may take an additional 2-3 business days
- You will receive confirmation via WhatsApp once refund is processed
4. Booking Modifications
Need to change your dates or room type?
- Contact us at least 3 days before your original check-in date
- Modifications are subject to availability
- Price difference (if any) will be adjusted
- No modification fees if done 7+ days in advance
- ₹200 modification fee if done 3-7 days in advance
✓ Free Date Changes
Date changes are free of charge if requested 7+ days before check-in, subject to availability at the same hotel.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- No-show without prior cancellation
- Early checkout (leaving before your scheduled checkout date)
- Bookings during festival/peak seasons (as noted at time of booking)
- Cancellation less than 3 days before check-in
- If you provided incorrect information leading to booking issues
6. Hotel-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where the hotel cannot honor your booking:
- We will notify you immediately via WhatsApp
- You will receive a full refund of your advance payment
- We will help you find an alternative accommodation
- If no alternative is available, additional compensation may be provided
7. Force Majeure
In case of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, etc.):
- Bookings may be rescheduled to a future date
- Credit for future booking may be offered
- Refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis
8. Disputes
If you have any concerns about a refund or cancellation:
- Contact us within 7 days of the issue
- Provide all relevant booking details and screenshots
- We will review and respond within 48 hours
- Our decision, made in good faith, will be final
